Vaginismus Treatment with Botox
Botox is an effective treatment for vaginismus, a condition involving involuntary muscle spasms in the pelvic floor that can make penetration painful or impossible. By relaxing the affected muscles, Botox reduces spasms, allowing for more comfortable penetration and improved quality of life. The procedure is quick, minimally invasive, and often combined with other therapies for long-term results.
What to Expect with Vaginismus Treatment Using Botox
This treatment involves injecting botulinum toxin into the pelvic floor muscles to relax them, addressing the involuntary spasms that cause pain or discomfort during penetration. Here’s what you can expect:
Video Consultation: A detailed discussion with your specialist to assess symptoms, medical history, and suitability for Botox
Local Anesthetic jelly is administered into the vagina by the assistant female nurse, followed a few minutes later by Local anesthesia injections to numb the area.
The procedure typically takes About 40 minutes with Immediate Recovery.
Most patients experience minimal discomfort and can resume light activities the same day.
Muscle relaxation begins within a few days, but best result will be noticeable within 2 weeks
Combining Botox with pelvic floor physiotherapy or dilator therapy can enhance and prolong results.
Possible Side Effects
Mild soreness or bruising at the injection site
Temporary pelvic discomfort
Rare risks include unintended muscle relaxation or allergic reactions
Botox for vaginismus is a safe and effective option that helps many individuals regain comfort and confidence in their intimate relationships. Always follow your specialist’s guidance for optimal outcomes.
Designer Vagina ( Labial Puff)
Dermal Fillers are used for vagina re-shaping and tightening
Cosmetic and functional concern for women at the most intimate area might arise as women age along with the loss of oestrogen and like any other part of the body the labia majora ( the outer part surrounding the vagina) will loose volume, elasticity, plumped appearance and become dehydrated, wrinkled, loose its tone and youthfulness. These changes might lead to embarrassment, loss of confidence and self-esteem especially if they have a new partner.
The treatment has the same principle as treating any wrinkles in the face using hyaluronic acid fillers which is found naturally in our skin without the need for surgery using Desirial® Plus
The benefit of the Labial Puff is that there is a minimum to no time. The procedure which is done under local anaesthetic only takes 20 – 30 minutes. Results are immediate and could last up to 12 months.
Orgasm Jab ( O-Jab) For Women Sexual Dysfunction
The Orgasm Jab , popularly known as the O-Jab, is a non-surgical treatment aimed at enhancing female sexual function and satisfaction. It involves the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—a component of the patient’s own blood that is rich in growth factors and healing proteins. This PRP is injected into specific areas of the vaginal tissue, typically around the clitoris and G-spot region, with the goal of rejuvenating and improving sexual responsiveness.
The procedure is offered by Dr. Adam who completed extensive training in this advanced regenerative treatment on Harley Street, a renowned center for medical excellence. Dr. Adam also has vast experience in video-urodynamic studies, particularly in diagnosing and treating stress urinary incontinence in women. He recognises the valuable role that PRP plays not only in enhancing sexual function but also in supporting pelvic floor health and bladder control—making the O-Shot a holistic option for women seeking improved intimate wellness.
The O-Jab works by stimulating new cell growth, increasing blood flow, and promoting nerve regeneration, which may lead to improved natural lubrication, stronger orgasms, enhanced arousal, and reduced urinary incontinence. The entire procedure is quick, typically completed in under 30 minutes, and involves minimal discomfort thanks to the use of topical anaesthetic.
While many women report positive outcomes, such as more frequent and intense orgasms, it’s important to note that the scientific evidence is still evolving. Like all regenerative treatments, individual results may vary, and more robust clinical studies are needed to establish its long-term effectiveness.
In summary, the O-Shot offers a promising, low-risk approach to improving sexual wellness and bladder function—especially for women experiencing changes related to aging, childbirth, or hormonal fluctuations.
Muscle Relaxants For Vaginismus - Vaginal Muscle Spasms
Botox is not just for facial wrinkles. It is a proven long-term muscle relaxant and so can be used to treat vaginismus by weakening the spastic vaginal muscles which are preventing penetration.
Vaginismus is a common sexual problem where the muscles around the vagina involuntary tighten whenever penetration is attempted. The resulting pain can disrupt or completely stop your sex life and make gynaecological and pelvic examinations difficult or indeed impossible.
Vaginismus can be treated but how will depend on the cause of which there are many factors. Appropriate medication can treat an obvious physical cause, such as infection. If the cause is psychological, sex therapy may help. But there is also another way : Botox .
Botox has been used for decades to weaken over-active muscles in patients with such conditions as cerebral palsy, stroke, excessive sweating and for cosmetic purposes. To treat vaginismus botox is injected superficially into the offending muscles of the vagina using a tiny needle after applying a local anaesthetic to the area. It prevents the involuntary spasms that define this condition, allowing women to progressively dilate more comfortably and thereby overcoming their fear of penetration.
Vaginal Rejuvenation
Chronic irritation can sometimes develop, which results in genuine discomfort during sexual intercourse, exercise (e.g. bicycling, spinning, horse riding) and wearing tight clothes. It can cause recurrent urine infections and general discomfort.
At a young age the vaginal tissue is moist and thick however near the menopause with the declining levels of oestrogen, the vaginal tissue thins.
These age related changes contribute to the apparent dehydration, thinning and loss of elasticity that depicts aged related tissues
However many women suffer from vaginal dryness. Around 17% of women, aged 18-50 experience dryness problems during sex, even before the menopause. It can be caused by psychological issues (stress) and even some drug treatments for allergy, colds and depression can dry out mucous membranes, including vaginal tissues.
As women age, and particularly during menopause, decreased levels of the hormone oestrogen reduces the amount of moisture and their is a progressive loss of elasticity and plumpness in the area of the labia majora. According to Laboratoires Vivacy, as many as 80% of women entering menopause are affected by vaginal dryness and about 50% of women completing menopause continue to experience vaginal dryness.
This could be achieved by using 4a or 4b,
4a. Dermal Fillers
Desirial® Plus and Desirial® can be used to rejuvenate the labia majora, conceal the labia minora for a more symmetrical and proportional appearance and improve dryness.
The vulva is the outer part of the female genitals. It includes the opening of the vagina, the labia majora (outer lips) and the labia minora (inner lips). The Oestrogen hormone helps keep the lining of the vagina healthy, thick and elastic.
4b. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) For Sexual Dysfuntion
PRP for vaginal rejuvenation performed by injecting it into the labia majora . PRP can also be used to enhance clitoral and G-spot sensation, this procedure is commonly referred to as an
“O Jab”.
Cannula is used for this procedure after numbing the area with a local anaesthetic gel and injection
PRP FOR LICHEN SCLEROSIS
Lichen sclerosis is a long term skin condition, flaring up and down over time, that mainly affects the skin of the genitals and is most common in women. It usually causes itching and white patches to appear on the affected skin. In women and girls it tends to affect the vulva (the two sets of skin folds around the opening to the vagina) and the skin around the anus or back passage.
Symptoms include,
small white, shiny smooth spots on the skin that grow into bigger plaques that become thin and crinkled and can tear easily
itching, often worse at night, disturbing sleep
red or purple blood blisters
painful sex and/or passing stools
Traditional methods of treatment include steroid creams and ointments, and in some cases, surgery. However PRP can help rejuvenate and heal the affected tissue by increasing the development of fibroblast growth factors (FGF) which in turn stimulate stem cells to create new tissue at the treatment site.
PRP For Urinary Incontinence (UI)
PRP is a natural, minimally invasive, safe and viable management option for urinary incontinence (UI) in women.
This is a very common condition that affects millions of women of all ages and is twice as common in women as men. There are a number of factors which account for the higher rate of urinary incontinence in women, amongst which are the obvious - pregnancy and vaginal birth where supportive tissue is weakened and hormonal imbalances occurring during menopause.
There are traditional methods for treating UI, including bladder retraining; pelvic floor exercises; and surgery. However more and more women are turning to PRP therapy which can be very effective in improving the condition.
The injection of PRP into the vagina increases the development of fibroblast growth factors (FGF) which in turn stimulate stem cells to create new tissue at the treatment site.
PRP works by filling the space between the Urethra and vagina,
tissue regeneration leads to thickening of the anterior vaginal wall which will support the urethra
nerve regeneration and will calm and relax the bladder
Platelets Rich Plasma (PRP) Breast Lift
PRP breast lift is a non surgical procedure to enhance and improve the shape of the breast, and to create a pronounced cleavage which is more rounded, exposed and full medially, by utilizing and injecting the PRP growth factor from your own blood.
Ageing, breast surgery, or implants could result in asymmetry, lack of definition, depressions or simply loss of volume in the top of the breast which could create an empty wide cleavage
PRP Breast lift is not a replacement for augmentation or a breast implant but it can do what a well-made bra should do; provide lift and cleavage.
It can also improve inverted nipples and increase nipple sensation. (Many women have diminished sensation after breast surgery, implants or even breast feeding.)
How is the PRP breast lift done?
Local anaesthetic cream is applied to the breast area 20 minutes before injecting. The area is marked and assessed with and with a bra to evaluate the required result.
Blood is then taken from the patient’s arm, processed in a specialised machine and PRP (platelets-rich plasma) is harvested, activated and injected back into specific parts of the breast. PRP will be used alone or in a combination with Hyaluronic acid filler.
The whole procedure from taking blood and injecting the PRP growth factor in the breast will take less than one hour and the patient can return to work and normal activity immediately after the procedure.
How does PRP work
1- stimulate local, uni-potent stem cells.
2- stimulate proliferation of fibroblasts.
3- stimulate collagen production
4- stimulate neo-angiogenesis to produce new blood vessels
5- Making significant difference in people’s life
6- Patients happiness and and helping them regain self esteem
Penile Girth Enhancement Using Dermal Fillers
Penile girth enhancement using dermal fillers is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure designed to increase the thickness (circumference) of the penis. It has become an increasingly popular choice for men seeking a subtle, natural-looking improvement in size, without the downtime or risks associated with surgery.
How Does It Work?
The procedure involves the injection of soft tissue fillers—typically hyaluronic acid (HA)—beneath the skin of the penile shaft. Hyaluronic acid is a safe, biocompatible substance that is also used widely in facial aesthetics (e.g. lips, cheeks). It attracts water and integrates well into the tissue, providing both volume and a smooth, natural feel.
HA filler remainsthe most common due to its safety profile and reversibility.
What to Expect
• Procedure time: Around 30–60 minutes
• Anaesthesia: Local anaesthetic is used for comfort
• Results: Immediate increase in girth, with final appearance settling in after a few days
• Girth gain: Typically 1–2.5 cm increase, depending on filler volume and anatomy
• Downtime: Minimal; most patients resume daily activities within 24–48 hours
How Long Does It Last?
Hyaluronic acid fillers are temporary, gradually being broken down by the body over 12–18 months. Maintenance treatments can be scheduled as needed to preserve results.
Is It Safe?
When performed by an experienced medical professional, the procedure is generally safe and well-tolerated. As with any injectable treatment, mild swelling, bruising, or discomfort can occur. More uncommon risks include:
• Uneven or lumpy appearance (usually resolves with massage or touch-up)
• Infection (very rare with proper technique)
Choosing a qualified provider with expertise in male aesthetics is essential for safety and optimal results.
Who Is It For?
This treatment is ideal for men who:
• Are seeking an increase in girth only (not length)
• Want non-surgical, minimally invasive options
• Have realistic expectations
• Are in good general health
It’s important to note that most men seeking this treatment are already within the normal range of size and are looking to enhance confidence or self-image.
Final Thoughts
Penile girth enhancement with fillers is a safe, discreet, and effective option for men who want to increase thickness without surgery. While results are not permanent, they are long-lasting and natural in appearance.

The P-Jab for Men - (Priapus - Shot)
The P-Jab is a non-surgical, regenerative procedure designed to improve erectile function, penile sensation, and, in some cases, increase penile size.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common sexual health issue, with up to 50% of men aged 40 to 70 experiencing changes in sexual performance that may be considered problematic. Factors such as increasing age, diabetes, low testosterone, high blood pressure, heart disease, and lifestyle choices like excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug use can all contribute to ED. Additionally, psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, and chronic stress can further diminish sexual function by affecting desire, confidence, and physiological response.
The treatment involves drawing a small amount of the patient’s blood, processing it to isolate platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and then injecting the PRP into targeted areas of the penis. Platelets contain natural growth factors that are believed to stimulate the repair and regeneration of blood vessels and nerve tissue—both of which are essential for healthy erectile function.
The procedure will be performed by Dr. Adam, who received comprehensive training in this cutting-edge therapy on Harley Street, one of the world’s foremost medical hubs. Dr. Adam brings extensive experience in operating on a range of penile abnormalities in boys, such as hypospadias, buried penis, circumcision complications, urethral fistula, and more. This background provides a strong surgical foundation for delivering the P-Jab safely, effectively, and with precision.
Mechanism of Action:
PRP is rich in bioactive growth factors, including:
• Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)
• Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF)
• Transforming Growth Factor-Beta (TGF-β)
These growth factors promote:
• Angiogenesis: the formation of new blood vessels
• Neurogenesis: the regeneration of nerve tissue
• Tissue repair and remodeling
In the context of erectile dysfunction, this regenerative potential may enhance penile blood flow, nerve sensitivity, and overall erectile function—offering a natural, long-term improvement.
Procedure Overview:
The P-Jab is performed in three main steps:
1. Blood Draw: A small volume of the patient’s blood is collected.
2. Centrifugation: The blood is spun in a centrifuge to isolate the PRP from other components.
3. Injection: The PRP is carefully injected into strategic areas of the penis using a fine needle.
The entire procedure takes less than an hour and is conducted in a clinical outpatient setting. A combination of numbing cream and local anaesthetic are used to ensure patient comfort throughout the process.
Benefits and Claims:
Advocates of the P-Jab report a range of potential benefits, including:
• Improved erectile strength, firmness, and duration
• Increased penile girth and heightened sensitivity
• Enhanced sexual satisfaction and orgasm quality
Peyronie's Disease
The P-Jab using PRP can be effective in treating Peyronie's disease which is one form of erectile dysfunction affecting 3-7% of men. This condition may be caused by trauma to the penis leading to bleeding and subsequent scar tissue buildup (plaque). Plaque can generally be felt through the skin, make the penis bend upward or to the side and this invasive curvature can lead to a quite painful erection and difficult intercourse.
So take the first step towards a better more vital sex life and book a Consultation.
Botox for Erectile Dysfunction (Impotence)
ED affects millions of men worldwide and is often caused by a combination of vascular, neurological, hormonal, and psychological factors. While first-line treatments like PDE5 inhibitors (e.g., Viagra, Cialis) are effective for many, a significant number of men do not respond adequately or experience side effects. As a result, researchers and clinicians are exploring alternative therapies—one of the most promising being Botox (botulinum toxin) injections.
Botox, widely known for its cosmetic applications, works medically by relaxing muscles and improving blood flow. In ED treatment, Botox is injected directly into the corpus cavernosum (erectile tissue of the penis), where it helps relax smooth muscle, enhancing blood flow and improving erection quality. The effects can last several months and may benefit men who are unresponsive to conventional medications.
The procedure is performed by Dr. Adam , who trained extensively in this cutting-edge treatment on Harley Street, one of the world’s most prestigious centers for medical innovation. Dr. Adam also brings vast experience in managing common penile abnormalities in boys—such as hypospadias, buried penis, circumcision complications, and urethral fistulas—offering patients a safe, expert approach to advanced ED care.
Though still considered experimental, early studies have shown promising results, with minimal side effects. Botox may represent a valuable new option for men seeking non-traditional treatments for erectile dysfunction.
